JGM deliver digital innovation for the Playgate Group

Playgate Group, based in the heart of London's financial district, operate four successful health clubs all within close proximity of one another.

JGM's brief was to design and build a "digital tool kit" accessible only through a unique URL and log in.

It is expected the web portal will create efficiency and aid the smooth running of the day to day workflow, processed by the four managers. The main areas of necessity are, a facility to deliver creative briefs back to the account manager at JGM Agency from each club manager, monitor expenditure for each health club, track the progress of all creative work submitted, calculate time spent on each brief and access all creative work that has been archived.

In essence, a simple web portal has been provided which works brilliantly for both client and the agency. The brief was simple yet effective and delivered a great result for the client.
