In 2020 Rochdale was selected as one of just eight host venues for the Dippy the Diplodocus UK tour. The arrival of The Natural History Museum’s famous dinosaur was seen as a major coup for the borough and the north west as a whole. As part of the build up to this event we were tasked with producing a series of building and street signage, working closely with The Natural History Museum’s brand guardians.
The scale of projects extended right across the region with creative required for everything from simple bookmarks to a large format Metrolink tram wrap. The campaign has received tremendous community engagement, with schools booking group trips and local businesses taking the opportunity to organise networking events during the exhibition.
I recently worked on a major project with a national institution and JGM looked after our design. This was a complex project, with a well-loved and very famous brand at its heart and a large scale sponsorship package, which needed to be reflected across all the design.
